Hi.
This girl is a contestant of a wedding costumes and make up contest. She wear a Javanese traditional clothing. I'm not that familiar with the tradition so, I can't explain any further.
At the technical side, this photo taken with a 200mm manual lens attached to a digital SLR body, with no external meter, so it's hard to get the correct exposure.
