Photographer's Note
That day I started walking along the the beach in early morning. There were few tourists and I got some different photographic scopes. Monsoon is the mating season of the dogs and they selected the remote beach for lovemaking. The steps of the first one a female dog and the male one is just following for hot pursuit.

Hi Partha,
There is a big barrel distortion on the horizon but in this case i like it. It gives something extra to the scenery which looks very nice. The composition with the waves and the dog passing by is wonderful including his footprints.
Perfect colour on the beach, makes this image very pleasant to look at.

Great picture with a good POV and nice colours. I did enjoy watching the dog following the other prints on the sand. Also the textures on the water are very good. That bit of sky left in the frame is really very good for the composition and gives a sense of depth. Well done.

This scene is delightful, Partha. You saw it well. You could even have cropped that thin layer of sky - the sea, the beach and the dog are enough to make it a simple, compact shot. I love the colours, too. Well done.

Great shot! I like the view of this lone animal on the beach, with the set of tracks he is following. Very nice positioning too, with the waves coming in, drawing a line across the frame like that. Well done!

Another great one from your Puri Beach series Partha. This one has some really nice looking color. The strips of reddish sand, white foam of the breaking wave, dark green of the water and thin dark blue strip of the sky at the top look great. Really sharp and detailed, especially in the breaking waves and foam. Composition is also excellent. The amount of sky you used and your POV, showing alot of the beach is very pleasing to the eye.
The dog walking on the beach, white tipped tail in the air, is just icing on the cake here, along with the two sets of tracks in the sand. Can dogs feel solitude? Do they take walks on the beach in the early morning, enjoying the sunrise and lack of tourists? Free to do what they want, with no one to schoo them away...well maybe, but your note suggests another motive for this one.

Hi Partha,
A minimalist shot that works well. The little dog has much character, and its footprints further draw the eye. The waves and sand are well presented, with good dynamism. You also handled the strong light very well, which is often a problem at the seashore. Very fine work. Congrats...later.

Your photo reminds me of this story from a few years ago!
It's a great composition, Partha, with all the horizontal layers of color. There's the dog to add life, and to add a story with his footprints. Gee, those dogs are just like people! The dog is nicely placed in the frame, too. Regards, Ken.
