A place by the road about a couple of hundred meters away from my house... As I dont post many landscape photos, I thought to try some nature pictures from the area I live to show you a bit around...!

Cela me rappelle ma croisière dans les Backwaters, même si c'est un peu au sud de Goa.
Belle perspective, belle réflexion. Il faut y être aller pour apprécier toute la paix et la puissance de l'endroit. Merci pour ce souvenir.

Tu accordes la place prépondérante au lac, et c'est un bon choix à mon avis.
La perspective est présente, matérialisée par les berges du lacs qui se rejoignent.

I love reflections and these reflected palms are beautiful. The symmetry is very good with the almost v of sky. It's good to try a different genre every now and again and this is a success.

Salut Laurent,
You did a wonderful job! The view is beautiful, but is one of those that is easier to look dull than to result well as a *photo*, for all the clutter of that thick vegetation, the low diversity of colours and for not having much "strong, well defined" shapes.
You manage to overcome that, and it is rather punchy. I like much the reflections, the sense of depth and also that tiny white construction on the bg.
Thank you for bringing me back good memories - I don't know that exact place, but even without any caption or note, it would remind me of Goa. :-)

water and palms are also favourite of mine, often i use them in my compositions. may be because the place where i live is full of these two things. your photo looks so homely to me as if its somewhere near my house. thanks for sharing.

Ah la la les cocotiers ... ça me fait toujours le même effet, tien j'ai une idée, un concept, je vais faire un tour du monde avec pour thème de photogrpahier les cocotiers
