This is fabulous, a really nice shot. The shallow dof works well, colour exposure sharpness all spot on, but it is his expression that makes it.
I like the central composition, it works well and shows that the rules (like rule of thirds) are made only so they can be broken.

Rewelacyjne zdjecie, dawno nie widzialem tak dobrego portretu. Kolory, gra swiatel, ostrosc no i niezapominajmy o spojrzeniu bohatera zdjecia - jak dla mnie rewelacja. BTW pozdrawiam poznaniaka.

There is so much in this portrait and such intensity. The DoF is great.Pitty about the slight burn out of the left cheek. But one is left with a haunting and moving portrait. Regards Kevin

But i think s/b or sephia and more unsharpen mask is better.

i really like the subject in your shot, but i have to say i'm not keen on your framing. this boy makes for a good subject, but you shot place him further to the right. i think your crop is fine, just your framing.
