023 / The Taj Mahal
Most visitors to the Taj Mahal make the mistake of viewing it in isolation - as a beautiful white building alone - and miss out on the spectacular ensemble it is a part of. This includes the stately ancilliary buildings of the complex, the serene riverside setting, and most importantly, the deft positioning within a fabulous charbagh garden, with its reflective water channels and metaphorical trees. These elements collectively heighten the sense of symmetry as well as story-telling that the Taj is famous for, and deserve much more than a second look.

Incredibly original photo, it has the effect of a painting and is slightly surreal in both it's composition and its deep mysterious colors. Absolutely beautiful photo, well done

The tourists not only miss the other buildings but also, it seems, best photo opportunities which you have so well identified and used in this image. This is a trully amazing photo, well-spotted.
