a very interesting photo of daily traffic in Calcutta. The clarity you've achieved is superb, the monochrome treatment is very effective and there's a fascinating 3D effect on the moving people and vehicles. There are important daily life details in the background as well. I like very much the sense of depth and the empty foreground. Your composition is excellent and the scene looks chaotic and neat at the same time. Congratulations and thank you!

Yes, this describe traffic situation in most countries. The last time I visited the Philippines the traffic situation was worse but what amazed me was the absence of traffic accident, hardly any. Nice capture with good details. Well done, tfs.

you could post these street scenes from Calcutta every day and i would never get bored of them.

in this one, its funny how the white car acts as the focal point as it stands out brightly.

its fun to see the different cars, different modes of transportation everywhere.

Hi Farhat,

I suppose as long as no one is seriously injured, this could simply be considered as controlled chaos, yeah? ") Amazing to think that there isn't a constant flow of problems in a situation like this...I guess you just have to keep your wits about you at all times! A great depiction of the frenzied atmosphere and non-stop action, and the black & white format adds a nice touch to the entire vibe. Just another day on the streets, right? :) Have a great weekend. Dear Farhat,

In my opinion, it is a little chaos. Very heavy traffic can be seen in Delhi. Delhi has more than vehicles compared to total vehicle in other 3 metros i.e. Calcutta, Mumbai and Chennai.
