Photographer's Note
Gurudwara Pathar Shaib a sikh shrine & is located on the Kargil-Leh highway, which is totaly managed by the Indian Army. The priests here are actual soldiers who for brief intervals are deputed by army in shrine by rotation, and take care of the sikh rituals performed here. This (Nishan Sahib)is one of symbols of sikh faith.
