Photographer's Note
This is one of the numerous falls in the Himalayan ranges in Sikkim. The greenery around the falls attracted me to take this shot.

Its always nice to see pictures from Sikkim. Nicely composed and POV is also good. The greenery around making it more beautiful. But certainly not one of your best....

Hello Shaeri,
The bridal veil look of the water is excellent. The setting seem beautiful and secluded. I like the angle you used for this image. The falls are well balanced in relation of the forest. The colours look well saturated and overall is a pretty image. Thanks :-)

The exposure has been well handled and the greens are nicely saturated. The 1\4 sec shutter speed creates an ethereal mood.
Well done Shaeri.

Hello Shaeri,
Is this the actual; kanchendzonga falls we get while going to Yuksom..that one fall straight into the middle of the road..!!I liked your slow shutter here and the compo with the guard rails leading the eye to the falls..must have been a nice climb for you to get this POV..!!
Great shot .!!!

Hi Shaeri. Who on earth can ignore the beauty of this wonderful falls? I seem to hear the roaring laughter of nature -- power with grace - judiciously blended. Great. The soft milky white water looks like a pallu of a sari laid out with somewhat detached indifference. The mossy poles in the railings provide a beautiful lead in. Well taken and you do deserve a standing ovation. Regards.

I love the effect of a slow shutter on waterfalls and this is no exception. It almost looks like a bridal veil. the inclusion of the path creates a nice lead-in.
Good work

Hi, Shaeri. The long shutter speed has frozen the fall and it appears very nicely in the green surrounding. The perspective is very good here with the railing on the left and the cliff on the right that both point to the fall.

Hi Shaeri,
Nature has many beauties, and no shortage of it in the Himalayas! A nice little waterfall with nice smooth texture, many shades of greens, sharp details. Weather didnt help you that much, but light is sufficient. Good sharpness too
All the best

Hi Shaeri,
Good use of slow exposure to create dynamism to the waterfall. The lush green surrounding a lovely contrast to make the waterfall standout. Well captured and composed. Well done! tfs

Hi Shaeri,
Wonderful shot!!!!The gushing force of water amidst the lush green, really makes it a treat to watch. Very goo composition.
Do you know how this falls was discovered? A local driver happened to pass by this place, not knowing of the falls. If I am not wrong, there is another falls opposite to this one(not as big as this though). He stopped to collect water from the second falls and accidentally saw this one. Just think how nature guarded such a wonderful treasure from the world for so many years.
I can find a concrete approach stair has been constructed now. When I was there 11 years before, there was a temporary arrangement made of bamboo. Iremember my heart pound while crossing it!!!!!
Regards,
Sagarneel.

Hi Shaeri,
We miss only the noise of water to supplement the image!!! Very pretty point of view on these water falls. The natural colors are well restored and are very pleasant. The way on the left gives a good prospect to the photograph.

Shaeri,
a very nice place with that waterfall. Your framing using the rail at the left side that leads into the image is a great one. Additionally that construction that goes above the trail is a good add. Finally the water in slow motion or blurr is the icing. You might consider in such shots to include some people to get a warm touch.

Hello Shaeri
Is this the name of the falls naki tomar namkoron? Good lead-in with the rails on the left. The falls look good against the thick green foliage. the slow shutter speed works well especially in the lower part of the falls.
Good work!
Best Wishes

hello, shaeri
beautiful, soothing place. knowing these gorges can be very tricky in terms of light, you seem to have excellent job timing your shot. well saturated greens all through and the water is exposed very well. nice composition with the pathway leading to the waterfall diagonally.
my compliments and TFS

Namaste Shaeri,
I have already question myself why photos of waterfalls of the Himalayas are so rare, not only in TE. This one is beautiful and you caught it wonderfully. I like how you composed the image, disposing the lines of the landscape very harmoniously and creating a good depth, and the wonderful effect of the diaphanous water.
Have a nice WE.
Regards, José.

Hi Sheri
Hoping to see more great posts from you before we celebrate Lunar New Year. This waterfall scene is well balanced without any OE and the composition is done nicely to make it refreshing. The dark shadowed patch at the left is balanced by the white of waterflow.
Waterfalls always neutralise our body when you dip into it for sometime.
Well done. TFS

the cascade is very beautiful and this pov and light are very nice. It is sad that structure in the corner, it adds some of distraction, could be more interesting if some people was there..

Waterfall in the midst of this trail is well presented and a thrill to see, I'm sure. Yes, the green framing is striking and the falls itself is captivating.
