Photographer's Note
Old Delhi the walled city of Delhi, was founded as Shahjahanabad by Indian Emperor Shahjahan. It remained the capital of the Mughals until the end of the Mughal dynasty.
Even though we can find many structures and building from the pre independence era of India, its mostly in ruins and dilapitated condition.
But I love going there frequently. Its has a strong connection with our past and our history. There may be n number of beautiful markets and monuments in the whole Delhi but nothing else matches when it comes to daily life and architecture specially when we talk of taking pictures.
Got her on the stairs to Jama Masjid. Sometimes accidents result in decent shots. My lens was just very stubborn not to auto focus, within fraction of seconds I had to flip the switch, manually focus and click not hoping of any result.
She was fast on the stairs but not too much. :)
Thanks Again for your Visit

Hello Tushar,
Splendid portrait with excellent sharpness in the beautiful details, like the gray hair with the black scarf on the background, the eyelashes, the nose ring, the tooth and the wrinkles. We see an older lady but in a very respectful presentation.
Best regards, Paul

I'm impressed Tushar, tack sharp, nice expressive portrait, natural look, colors not overdone and her only tooth as the icing on the cake

The tooth, the tooth is the killer here. :-) and that little nose piece. I dunno, matter of taste, but I would have preferred a little, little bit less vibrancy in the image (a tad too strong for me), but very good portrait of this interesting-looking old lady.
cheers,
Cristian

Another great portrait with spot on focus on this visage carve by time, this time the close focus distance allows for a sharp divide between plans
Have a nice day jY

Hello Tushar,
Your portraits seem to be making you one of he outstanding contributors to TE. Whatever happens to your camera it seems you get the focus all right anytime, anyhow.
Kind regards,

Good morning Tushar,
you have a magic lens. Wow, whatever you produce here, that is a beauty. Great light and DOF. Like the skin tone of here. The wrinkles of her face is superbly executed her story. Excellent tight cropping friend. Thanks for sharing.
Best wishes to you.

Hi Tushar
beautiful portrait n wonderful bokeh .. the lines on the faces come out really well .. what I like most abt this shot is the warm skin tones and the OOF colourful BG. Intially I wondered if the photowud have been better in BW. Tried a WS n converted the image in monochrome but didnt bother to check since I discovered that the original coloured version was much better. TFS

Encore un portrait impressionnant de cette femme au visage qui raconte sa longue histoire. Peut-être une accentuation un peu forte pour moi et une saturation des couleurs un petit peu trop poussée?
Amicalement

Hi Tushar
You're the master of portraits on TE! I like the sharpness of the wrinkles of the face, the lonely tooth, the black veil which enhances the shot, the blurred background and the general arrangement of the picture.
Well done!
Cheers

Hi Tushar
That's a very strong portrait again. The combination between a natural attitude, and the qualities of sharpness and light, makes a great result. Glory to your holy lens and your skill! The bokeh is excellent. Only a bit too tight on the chin, for me.
Congratulations
Enjoy your day
