Strong work, dear Praveen. His eyes and expression are very powerful, but I also really like the contrast in textures between the smooth cuppa and the roughness on the monk's face and clothes.

Hello Praveen - Eyes are such an important aspect of a portrait, this young man's eyes are bright and compelling as he looks right at the viewer with an intense expression. I love the contrast in the B&W, it works very well with the composition and mood of the sitter. Very good work. Best regards Rosemary
