Hi Farhat,

I love the simplicity of this shot, and it comes with a familial and personal touch. Just a couple of young kids going about their every day activities, but with a watchful eye to the photographer. :) A very nice composition, I like how you've placed them on an angle, cutting diagonal to the framing, and their separation helps fill space on both ends. A beautiful moment captured. Plain and simple, just the way it should be. Great shot! Enjoy the new day.

as Will already mentioned, the eye contact is vital here, it makes a strong impact...even an emotional one.

young children of this age shouldn't be washing laundry in the local river :(
they should be out playing :)

but this is the life in many parts of the world.

You definitely have a good eye for these daily life shots. This is a fantastic DL shot of these 2 little beauties. I am sad to see this little girl has to wash clothes at such a young age. Both have very cute expressions and you have captured it very well. Thanks for sharing.

You're capturing well this daily life by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the familiar spectacle with a good touch. They are gazing at you by the gentle look. It's also effective for kids's diagonal line position and gentle light.

a good snapshot from the daily life of this village of the rural Bengal,with the girl to wash the clothes standing on the rock and her brother to play on the sandy bank.
I like this original and real event as the excellent presentation of the snapshot.

I like very much how you captured and framed this scene, giving intensity and dynamism to your delightful simple composition. the children are placed diagonally in the frame and express the same feelings of surprise and curiosity. Their steady gazes are captivating. I like how they are separated by a fine diagonal that crosses the frame in the opposite direction as well as how they stand out in the luminous and mildly coloured backdrop. The lighting was challenging but the impact of their glances says you managed it effectively. Congratulations and thank you!

a good daily-life scene here, where we can see both children in a very spontaneous attitude, specially the sister washing clothes on the small rock in the river. Their innocent and nice look gives us a very beautiful and pleasant image.
