Le pont et sa route créent une belle ligne de lumière. J'aime bien l'effet bleuté de la composition, ainsi que les édifices en arrière plan.

This is a stunning picture: The point of view; the halflit buildings in the backround; the focal point the white twin bridges. The colours are good; the lighting well-handled: It is almost like a fairy-tale picture! My guess is the deep blues could be due to clever-white balance setting: Excellent.
