"The full-size version doesn't do the thumbnail justice!"

This was my immediate thought as "TE' created the thumbnail for this photo - but I still like it.

For me, it represents life for a vast majority of the people living in Hong Kong - tiny accommodation in high rise buildings and the financial necessity to use the cheapest transportation every day.

The building in the background is popular with photographers because - while the density of the flats is common - the building is on a 'curved hill'.


The Google map shows this 'concrete jungle' in quite good detail.

But I don't understand why the position marker is always 10-20 metres off. In this case it appears I am in the middle of some trees!!

To get your bearings, look for the 't-shaped' bridge across the road - which is behind the tram in this photo.
