When I first saw the thumbnail I was just confused, "What are they doing? Stealing a red carpet during a wedding?"
But I would guess it's a matter of having enough carpet! :D
The technical quality of your shot looks good, but for the composition side it looks slightly cluttered. There are a lot of elements in the frame that takea little of the attention, to tell the truth I am having a little problem getting a good place to focus my view.
Overall the photo looks good, colours and light conditions seems to have worked but have you considered adjusting the levels to get a slightly darker photo?

I love your inventive POV here, MArcin and what it reveals, namely utter chaos BEHIND the scenes of an roerly and very "costly" wedding. The way all their lives are wound around that RED carpet is simply superb.
A gerat shot in my humble view...
