Photographer's Note
I thought I'd take my little DX6490 down to the beach to take pictures of the events taking place. But then the pro's turn up ;) This girl, with jurno and note pad in toe (not in the shot), soon made me feel very inadequate. But as an amature photographer I soon became more interested in her photo gear than the scene. Oh well, one day :)

You get the most points from me because of the note, hillarious :-)). A note attached with a photo and not the other way around. And yes I like her gear too.

Hahah... Don't be too serious about the equipment... You've captured nice photos from this small camera, Yeah so one day you'll get one of those? :D Great shot.

Yes, this lady has some very fine equipment. But I noticed that expensive equipment is often high mantenance.

Chris, Chris, Chris..... *gggg* Is this one of those "I show you mine if you show me yours..." situations ;-).... BTW I really believe that the picture is only as good as the person behind.

cracks me up - you mentioned inadequate, and then I clicked to your info page with your photo of you and the little bitty camera. LOL!
You do great work - keep it up. (Interesting way to put that subtle inuendo in that title ;)

Funny. You could do digitally what she can do with her big lense; try blurring the background as if you had taken the shot with a shallow DOF. I think that would make the shot look more professional and interesting.

Lol for everything :). This is a good catch - the girl, the lens and the opportunity.

Hie Chris long time no see. Guess I need to submit my form as well to Amateur Photographer Anonymous.Honestly I hate to be around someone like her with a big camera attached to a much bigger and longer zoomlens.Ah well...we men, not only size matters but shape as well don't you think?

I don't understand this photo:
Is it an advertising for CANON?
Where are the feet of the person ?
The sand is dirty (piece of plastic ...)
best regards
Laurent
