I guess that where there is food, anywhere in the world ther is a Lisa around.I am very lucky I guess, I don't have a sweet tooth. But give me wine and proscuito and I am there.

We must stay away from such places, too many temptations, Lisa, and good that taken from behind the glassed windows - just the smell could draw me for a sneak...
Fine place, elegant in view and well taken photo. Peacock-green is usually a bit more saturated bright green - but never mind, it doe's have a nice name for a bakery.

Hi Lisa,
That is one amazing shop window! Very stylish. Chocolate brown and gold go always well together. And this has so much original details. And then the idea how those delicacies would taste.
I can just see your reflection, which is a nice detail too.

Like the array of mouth watering goodies. Very tempting! The warm golden light has created a feel good atmosphere. I like the way you have managed the glass reflection. Very unusual name for a cake shop though, liked it as well. Thanks for sharing a tasty shot!

this looks very appealing, from the framing, the light, the colours, the warm and inviting atmosphere, and of course the food. only one problem i'm on a diet so it's just torture looking at those muffins.

beautiful cafe window, there is so much decorative elements and reflections with a subtle glimpse inside. It looks very encouraging, if I was still there I would definitely try to find it and test by myself. We can also see your reflection :)

Hello Lisa - I love this style of shop and we just don't have such pretty places in Windhoek! This is a place to press one's nose up against the glass and drool, actually I don't have a big passion for sweetmeats but I think I could be tempted by this display. A slice of rich, dark fruit cake would suit me..... yummy. An inviting shop and an inviting shot... the gold lettering and warm golden light make this the home of angels ;)

Love your humor dear Lisa, and combined with your photog skills is a big win-win!

I'm afraid if I found myself standing in front of this window display I would be promptly escorted away because I had been licking the glass...it looks just as the text indicates, heavenly! :) I think this just might satisfy my sweet tooth. I love walking the streets and being able to smell the delectable aromas that fill the air around these types of shops, which are enhanced even more by the visual.

Tough to get this kind of shot proper, so many aspects to tackle with lighting, glare, reflection etc., but you've come away with a beauty! Glad you went in for a little tasty treat yourself.
