Hello Neels - A sad state of affairs but one all too common throughout the developing world isn't it? How do these people keep their heads above water and what hope for future generations born into such obvious poverty and the cycles of abuse and crime which accompany it? En vacances, il m'arrive assez souvent de photographier des arrière-cours pour ne pas montrer seulement le beau côté des endroits touristiques. On a l'impression qu'il y a seulement deux catégorie de gens, des riches et des pauvres, surtout des pauvres. Une impressionnante prise de vue de tout cet amas de choses parmi les personnages. J'imagine qu'il doit avoir un coin plus confortable où s'assoir. Bel éclairage et bonne saturation des couleurs.

A nice piece of photojournalism here. The bright green of the grass and trees is a poignant contrast with the shantytown and residents, and the barbed wire really punctuates the message. The figures themselves, all looking in different directions, add layers of humanity to the shot.
