Photographer's Note
While we were staying in the Kaokoveld region, we made a little boattrip on the Kunene river. Our guide had gotten to know some himba, who were living in Namibia and working in Angola, he gave them a regular "crossing". Funny thing: in namibla the women Himba were ther traditional attire of leather skirts and bare breasts, in Angola the Himba have taken on our habit of wearing clothes.
PS:
Some levels on th woman, since it was getting dark she wa a bit underexposed. The probles is that now there is more noise visible, but you can see the deatails of her face better.

This is an expressive, and sensitive portrait. I like your limited color palette as well.

A stunning photo, the womans expression is entrancing. The composition and light help focus all our attention on her face.
I love it

This is a very nice picture and a fairly good travel photo.
You know, I spent almost two years over there in Angola and I never had the opportunity to visit Namibia. I wish I could repait this asap.
No problem with the noise, you cpatured a nice light on here face and that makes that picture.

Nice posture. The picture would eb even better a fill in flash could outline better the face of this person.
But this picture is good as it is anyway. Well done !

Oooh, what a beautiful portrait. THe side light, the color of the skin, the shallow DOF and even the grains - all make a very nice and special shot, Very good job, Seskia.
