Photographer's Note
Bamako, Lafiabogou. There were only women, the only men were hired musicians. Dancing was weird. One by one they were coming close to the drummers and erupting in a one-two minute frenzy, while the others hardly moved.It looked like a break dance competition, with a crowd watching and maybe choosing the best dancer.

I love the enrgy and color of this shot. What you chose to include is imaportant-the movementand energy. Very lovely composition!!

It's a great shot! You caught the atmosphere and the movement. If I close my eyes I can listen at the music too. I will need a lot of your picture viewing to force my PoW to change sometimes... Well done (again)! Luca
