Photographer's Note
You may ask the question why the title of this photo mentions underwater world while I am showing a photo of the boat on the beach?
Well I don't have any underwater photos to show, and frankly I didn't try diving nor snorkeling on Boa Vista but I have heard it is a great destination for these two activities.
The boat in the picture carries the logo of ScubaCaribe, which is a company offering diving or snorkeling trips in many destinations around the world. They have two shops on Boa Vista, one of them along the Praia de Lacacao (in this photo), near Hotel Riu Touareg. I cannot really recommend the company because I never tried their services.
Fascinated by the color of the water I looked for any foreground to be able to capture the water with and since the island of Boa Vista is quite a desert, there is not much vegetation along the coast. So I was happy to spot this boat along the beach.

The turquoise colour of the sea is amazing. The boat makes an irresistible focal point. Well framed and composed with goos breathing space right around and the horizon placed well off centre. Tfs!

excellent use of the boat as a main subject while we have the marvelous hues of the ocean ahead. in my last trip the waters of ocean, where I was, weren't so clear, the more clear waters where in the many lagoons I visited.

Hello Mariusz, it is the beautiful colours of the sea that are the stars of this shot, but the boat gives foreground interest too.
The title? Well you wrote an interesting note to explain the situation. Sometimes creating a title is the most difficult part of posting a shot.

A great view of the vast and calm ocean in the background and I really like how you placed the lonely boat diagonally in the foreground. Especially its red details stand out well from the surroundings.

Is she hiding in the boat? Or is she in the blue-green water?
Yes, I think I already see shades of green.
Andrea certainly left quite a few footprints in the sand.

This is a simplistic photograph but it works incredibly well, with the three layers of colour (blue, green and ochre) forming a perfect b/g against which the angled boat has a very strong presence.
