he second day in the west we went at the chiefferie Bandjoun; very tourist they said but we were alone in the morning and especially in this year when the tourism was in real decline.
the most famous building is the large, 17-metre-high, hut decorated with sculptures; it is made of bamboo tied by strong raffia strings, its roof is supported by carved pillars symbolizing the ancestors and offering traditional representations. I photographed almost all of them... but only two WS!
the sky is overexposed... but otherwise the building was underexposede

Hello Christine !
This is a unique shaped building with this interesting roof, like a huge mushroom.But what is it good for?
Maybe cermonies.the figure in Ws photo 2 on top left looks christian.
Good shot from a country I know nearly nothing about.

Intéressante vue de ce bâtiment à l'architecture traditionnelle des lieux, bons compléments en WS, une tonalité chaude qui rend bien.
