Great emka 2020-09-12 10:33

Hello Jorge, Interesting painting, it seems three-dimensional. If you cut of part of the left side, it would be symmetrical. nice colours.

I wonder if you noticed that the melody of Russian is similar to Portuguese. It happened to me a few times, that from a distance I thought the people were speaking Russian but then it appeared they spoke Portuguese. Of course, the words are different.
It is not only my observation: https://www.reddit.com/r/languagelearning/comments/a09dk9/why_does_portuguese_sound_like_russian_or_polish/.

Have a nice Sunday

Default To emka: languages

malgo

I watched a video few days ago about this, the guy was explaining why. because the languages have the same arrangement of vocals. or something like this. my portuguese uncle said me the ukrainian immigrants learn portuguese very fast in portugal..but in fact I never felt I was hearing my language while there, of course my ears are much well trained for portuguese.. haha.

take care

jorge
