Great mkamionka 2019-10-31 9:36

Hi Paul,
may be they have a parade every day? :)
Beautiful reportage, so full of color.
I remember when I lived in LA, going to different parts of city was like going abroad.
In America many of the immigrants preserve something about their lifestyle what makes the streets so colorful.
They don't bring with them the hatred or holy war but rather nice decorations, parades and original cuisine.
I lived for a while in a Persian part of town and it had fantastic food and grocery stores.
In Europe the situation is slightly different. Even cuisines are adjusted to European tastes.
Great reportage!

Default To mkamionka: Parades

Thank you Mariusz,

Maybe there's a parade every day in NYC.
But there's only one annual parade of the Taiwanese Americans.

I heard there are many Persians living in LA.
In Iran people spoke of Tehrangeles.

Kind regards,
