Great willperrett 2016-02-17 11:14

Hello Gy

Your comment that this photograph is grainy seems almost redundant! It's uber-grainy, but that's all right with me, as I'm put in mind of infra-red filmstock. As Gert says the monochrome and gritty texture are just right for this forgotten urban corner. Excellent.

Regards

Will

P.S. I've just realized what this image of yours reminds me of: the very first photograph (or rather the first surviving image taken with a camera) by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce. Very famous, needless to say. Maybe yours will be one day...

Dear Will,

I intended to forego criticism on its noisy nature. Thank you very much for visiting and writing!

Best Regards,
György

PS: Your comparison is very honouring, thank you very much for that! I have strong doubts regarding the possible similar evaluation of the future generations, however!
