Amazing place.
Thanks for sharing that.
I love the places which you show and your compositions are always great but something is wrong technically with your photos. I am not sure what.
This one is may be just not sharp enough.

Hi M,

thanks for your feedback I do appreciate it.
To answer your querie on the latest photo, I chose to use a slower shutter speed and set the camera on shutter priority and this, as you know, has the effect of smoothing out any moving objects, in this case the waves. I did this mainly to strengthen the focus on the red rocks whilst still not detracting from the showing the whole surrounding areas as part of the composition. I have used this approach on waterfalls and rivers etc. to good effect in most cases.
