what a shot! Low artificial light... Very Slow vehicle... All adverse conditions to capture a good panning shot. You did reasonably well with fine details and superb colours. Probably be those passengers of rickshaw couldn't believe you as a wise photographer... A guess... Great shot. Superbly done. Tfs.

Hi Kari,

Thanks for your comment, yes, guess the longer shutter made me like the pic too

The roads were lit for the new year eve, so managed to get all the illumination
