You may post this photo under Portugal >> Algarve >> Any town. I saw already in the Algarve many situations like that.
Really, I don't understand those tourists (British, Germans, Portuguese, any) that move to another country just to feel at home, or just to know the beach and the hotel.
Related to this I'm remembering a joke that perhaps was not a joke.
An American couple go on a package tour of Europe. One day they are standing at the Grand' Place of Brussels and the wife asks:
- Honey, which country is this?
The husband:
- Let me see. We are in the 6th day of the tour, therefore, according to the plan this must be Denmark.

Yes, Rouen is a sea harbor, not a very practical one since the ships have a long cruise from or to the sea (near Le Havre). For such a ship, the main problem lies inn the height of the masts, but the bridges between Roeun and the sea are suspended ones, rather high above water.
