Interesting street scene in good light (considering you're in N Yorkshire), although is has led to a bit of OE on the canvas. Not a lot to be done about that. I wonder why he was painting outdoors when he was just copying. I agree with Kari about the crop as it would give better balance.

As he was selling more of hiswork Kath and it was St George's day there were thousands around so he may well have made a good profit on the day.Re the weather I had some great weather in North Yorkshire when I was working in Scarborough for most of last April and May
