I like pictures of flags, and this picture is similar to one of mine. I think it's in the Army Museum in Hanoi.
I'm not a huge fan of de-saturation, and I don't know what it is, but there's a visible patternin the sky in your shot. What is that?

Personally, I prefer the true colours. The tower is beautiful on its own. Nice composition.

Yup, this is the one which hides behind a taller rock, feel pity on it. We can only see it from the other side, looks like younger brother. hehe...
