Hello Jorge,
What a history!
I have read of other mothers who have dressed their boy children as girls, but not for as long as in this story!
It's a beautiful piece of sculpture and sharply captured to give a very 3D effect in your photograph.
I think it would have presented better if you had cropped the candlestick and made the sculpture more symmetrical.

if you like to read you can find his book of memories in some place, I presume he had a very curious life and other details would nice to explore. the rembrandts were rich enough to pay his bills for many decades.. take care jorge
