How I wish I could be where you stood to take this picture, really beautiful, I can feel the cold from here.
I have been around the mountains in Nepal, that was lovely, may be some day i wil go there.

Yes, this is the Nepalese border. With my brief knowledge of the Himalayas, I'd say the calmer months of May-November and early in the morning would be the rite time for this kind of view
