Hi Manuel,
This is a great shot... cool contrast and an amazing smile and look in his eyes. This B&W version is definitely better than the sepia-toned one (for me at least).
I wonder... how long do you spend post-processing a photo? I don't suppose you would be willing to divulge some of your secrets, would you?

To lewiz: How Long?
10 to 30 minutes. For competitions...sometimes even more. It can get really crazy sometimes.
Secrets,,,Luko's sharpening is a GIVEN. For BW conversion, I use channel mixers mostly using the blue channel because that is where you get most details.
