This kind of portrait is like a signature. Something very hard to obtain in photography: a style. Excellent job. Can you elaborate about the BW technique?

To andante: Channels
You go to channels...then click on Green channel or Blue channel. You will get an instant BW conversion. I select it using a marquee (edit/copy) then go bach to RGB channel and edit/copy.
