Great batalay 2007-01-20 18:37

Hello Dan,

Again a most inviting photo. The great physicist Werner Heisenberg once made the pronouncement, "Never underestimate how much pleasure it gives a person to hear/see what he already knows." Having been a postdoc at Berkeley, and having 'left my heart in San Francisco,' I can derive inmense pleasure from seeing this image. San Francisco's iconic streetcars, still of the old design. Great shot -- exposure, composition, sharpness...
Regards,
Bulent

Default To edal: Hi Anton!

Thanks a lot for comment!
You know, in fact I really need to buy a beter camera, this one has several limitations. Hope this year I'll take care of that. However, in this chapel the problem is another one - it's usually closed, as many chapels we have in the countryside. I understand that, it's hard sometimes to keep the place safe and nowadays we have a big problem and not only in Portugal, it became a terrible business to get into the churches and steal the valious sacred art pieces. It's awful, but it's true. Guess that's why many churches don't allow photos inside anymore. It's a shame but it's true.
However, if I ever find a chance to go inside, I'll surely try, ok?I won't forget that.
Best regards, Anabela
