Thank you for your warm critique, Mariusz.
 We were so lucky on this particular day, the sun was out and the wind was non-existent! Light can make a tremendous difference to the mood and quality of a photograph. I can recommend the trip down the Manchester Ship Canal, though when we went, the sky was grey and not that conducive to photography! My warm regards, Bev
