Another nice picture from the Tiger temple. You woudn't imagine to have deers roaming about in the tiger park...but that shows how the wild cats have been held here.
Regarding your response to my earlier crtq about the poaching connection, the fact which has come out is very recent & there's a distinct connection found between here & Laos through to China!

To Angshu: There were a lot of pigs too
so I thought perhaps they were food, but I hear the tigers are fed cooked chicken. The deer seem totally fearless.
I hadn't come across a link about poaching, but I suppose it is unsurprising. It's hard to interest people fighting for survival in ecology. HLJ, Pat
