Hi Christine,
Charming double portrait of the mother and daughter. You have good contact with them and your camera. I like framing with the tree on the left. The bright sky is not so attractive, and I think most of it could be cropped off.

Dear Gert,
I reserve my right as an artist to be unpredictable in my preferences of BW/Colour! ;-) Regarding my photo, thank you very much for your kind words, despite its not a nothing special. I promise I will show you that kind of photo in this series.  The ice was the remaining of the last few days with some minus 7 Celsius. My poor dad had a high blood pressure in the past few days for a reason. This whimsy weather is no good for old men...Best Wishes, Gy.
