Hello Kari,
The picture reminds me a bit of the headland Deutsches Eck in Koblenz. But still, this photo shows another location.
In Deutsches Eck I cannot remember to have seen a church that close to the river.
Nicely taken with the ropeway and with the rainbow.

Deutsches Eck is more less right opposite the Ehrenbreitstein, towards left of this downstream view.
