Hello Maria,
20° isn't bad for wintertime :)
Worse is the state of the river water. And all that contaminated water flows to the ocean.
The picture is beautiful, especially with the reflections, but the message behind it very bad news.
Doesn't 'limpieza' mean 'cleaning' ?
