hello Pranil,
this has the makings of a really good picture but something is missing. I wish I could say exactly what it is but your camera setting details are not available. It has a washed out look as if a little post processing would have made the difference.I will try a workshop using photoshop later. However I do like your composition which has a nice balance. Perhaps a little more of the top of the tree may have worked better but the elements of tree, boathouse and mountain are very attractive.

I agree with you 100% - the photo does seem a little bit washed out- not sure what it was but a lot of my photos in this area seems to be.
