Hello Sara,
Its a very nice scene and I like the Sepia, the blur is ok but anymore and it could be too distracting.
What I dont like it how sharp it is -- it contrasts too much with the blurred effect around the edges. Even if you didnt use the blurring I think the photo would still be too sharp --> though I suspect you'll get enough accolades on your use of sharpness to effectively nullify my opinion on the matter ;)

I'll pay more atention to the distracting elements and sharpness in the future. Thank you. :) Anyway with these photo I've added some sharpness because it had a bad quality and no detail at all, so I thought this was the least of the problems.
