Hello Marie-Louise,
These buildings are among the most beautiful in architectural history and the surrounding darkness seems to enhance the fine features of the bell-tower. The close view from a low angle underscores its impressive height. I would have been tempted to "cheat" on reality by cloning out the upper right corner, which slightly disturbs the harmony of the composition.

Thanks for your visit Gert, and for your advice.
Unfortunately, I have yet to learn how to clone. And yet, it must be on my software "Corel Paintshop pro". I'll have to find somebody to explain it to me :-) Kind regards. Marie-Louise.
