Hello Jean,
It's an interesting building, but I wonder about the functionality of that blue area. Does it serve any purpose or did the architect just enjoy the idea? It was a great gift to photographers anyway.

Interesting comment Sven, about architecture style of Royan ... it would be the style of the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer who would have inspired the architects of the reconstruction of Royan after the last war.
Sometimes, Royan is nicknamed the little Brasilia .
