Hi Olga, here people in general (there are exceptions) hate animals that do anything to upset one's sense of orderliness. Such are the squirrels (rats with tails) and the seagulls (rats with wings), unfortunately. I like them both. True, seagulls can fight for the crumbs, but if we had one piece of cheese for many of us in the supermarket, wouldn't we do the same for survival? ;-)
Anyhow, I just meant to show that these birds are beautiful and, having such wings, majestic.

Hi again Sarolta!
Unfortunately it's not only people in Canada that have such a bad opinion of animals. I am afraid bad treatment and attitude is common everywhere. People seem to think they own the world and it owes them something.
But it's good people like you post nice pictures and help to change the opinion:-)
