The question marks in place of non-English characters in my old notes have been replaced with the proper characters. However, Turkish characters are not recognized correctly in a new note, as in the note for this photo.

Hallo Didi,
Please don't open new threads but look for an already existing thread about the same item you want to discuss... That way Paul will get a mail about a new posting. Tech says that there is no way for the database to go back and catch all the notes that were made while the accents problem was happening -- those notes will always look that way, unfortunately.
Fortunately, the issue is now fixed for all future notes.

Hi Paul,
The photo I was talking about - http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Eur...oto1446285.htm - has been posted in December 2013, so quite a while ago, when there were no problems... But the tech team has added a lot of text, which I don't know what it means, and now I have a veeeery loooong note with weird text. What must I do? Delete the whole text and beginning a new one? Viviane
