Great macjake 2021-06-03 21:45

Hi Ian
We don't have these in Canada haha
For us, we don't know much about them, I've heard that locals look at Kangaroos as rodents/vermin...basically they're a pain in the butt - is that true. We only see them on TV and they're always portrayed as cute and etc....so i'd like to hear your thoughts. Interesting note about how they're not road savvy, and often get hit. I like this post for TE, good one.
cheers
Craig

Default To macjake: Re wallabies and kangaroos

Hi Craig
I don't know where you got that idea from. Whilst some people (a serious minority) might think that about them they are loved by most (except some farmers) and they don't eat plants to the roots like sheep and cattle so do much less damage to pastures.
And ... they make for great eating (only 1% fat fat).
cheers
Ian
