Hello Bert, interesting notes to accompany your two sharp shots.
At first I thought that it was a re-enactment of events from long ago, but realised that the jeans and the watch suggested not.
Nevertheless it looks like hard work.
We learn something every day on TE!

Hi Ike, We hadn't really read up on the' 'semana santa' and were really supried by the intensity of the ritual of the 'atoment (and penitence) for sins' (the core values of the costaleros). I understand your visual association! Bert.
