I would like to know a good site, too. I currently use web resizer, www.webresizer.com, and you can compress photos too. It's OK, but I would like something better.

Hello!
I use PhotoFiltre, GIMP, Picasa and PhotoPlus. Its are free and you can do a lot of things. Its have many resources.Good lucky. |

Just a word of caution.... frmaes for TE must basic. You can get away with a drop shadow etc. but any form of bevelled edge, 3D effect, multi color or textured frames are often removed.

I use BorderMaker for my frames, easy to use and free. I downloaded this program about two years ago, I guess you can still find it.

Yes, I know. I don't like very much to use frames. I use some resources to correct horizon lines, to increase sharpness, contrast, vivid colours, sepia, B&W. Just to correct the photo or to make changes of colours that TE allows.You are right,is necessary to read the rules of TE. I do this.
