Wow, great image... in fact I thought is was a fancy fern graphic design at first... pity it's from Aussie rather than NZ!!!
Ah... it's great... I keep looking back at it! I don't know that there is anything I would do differently

To pineapple: Shadow Pattern

Light is the essence of photography and if you look careful, there are pictures everywhere- just keep looking at shadows,patterns, mostly repetitives are pleasing to look at- best of luck
