Thank you for message. It tastes very sweet. And we taste this cake as Wagashi. (Wagashi is generic name of Japanese traditional sweets.) Because, Anko is into the cake. Anko is bean jam. Anko is used for many Japanese traditional sweets. Regards, Takahiro |
